Livability.com named Stamford to its top-10 “foodie” cities nationally, for its innovative, eclectic mix of restaurants that showcase regional cuisine and support local farmers. Livability.com analyzed Census Bureau and Esri data to determine cities with concentrations of independent restaurants frequented by residents, as well as award-winning restaurants, prevalence of farmer’s markets and local obesity rates.
