While the art world is in the midst of its annual migration to Miami for next week’s Art Basel Miami Beach, the design community will have another occasion to visit south Florida come February 2014, when the new Miami Art and Design Fair makes its debut in a striking, circular tent alongside Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami’s Noguchi Bayfront Park.
