Coral Gables coffee shop owners promote adopted heritage with ‘Croqueta Party Tuesdays’ | Miami Herald

For the past two months, Al’s Coffee Shop has celebrated Croqueta Party Tuesdays, serving ham croquettes, a small, oval shaped cylinder of minced ham, rolled in eggs, bread crumbs and fried, for 25 cents.
