Bankruptcy Counsel Mariaelena Gayo-Guitian, a partner at Genovese, Joblove & Battista, told the South Florida Business Journal that 100M Holding, Inc. recently reached an agreement with its creditors committee, as well as its former and current franchisees, that will allow the company to emerge from the Chapter 11 that was filed in March.
