Traveling exhibit explores relationship between Jews and African Americans – Sun Sentinel

The traveling exhibit “Beyond Swastika and Jim Crow: Jewish Refugee Scholars at Black Colleges” explores relationships that formed between two groups that faced racism first-hand – Jewish professors who fled Nazi Europe and their African-American students living in the South during the Jim Crow laws.
