Arrival Experience: This small, trendy boutique option set a few blocks back from the waterfront is a charming member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The main lobby doubles as a guest lounge with the small bar facing the entrance door. To one side is a long board table where guests can gather to work or relax. On the other side, tucked into a corner, is the friendly reception desk. It is clear when you enter that this hotel is a bit different than Miami Beach‘s other boutique options. Even the elevator that takes guests to their room has the appearance of a library with walls lined with faux books for clever effect.
