New restaurants in downtown Miami: Zest, Zest MRKT open in Southeast Financial Center – South Florida Business Journal

Restaurateur Cindy Hutson and partner Delius Shirley will debut their newest concept, Zest, in downtown Miami’s busy Southeast Financial Center on Feb. 29.

Hutson and Shirley are also behind Caribbean fine-dining eatery Ortanique in Coral Gables, which first opened more than 17 years ago, and has garnered many accolades including being honored as one of the “best new restaurants” by Condé Nast Traveler. Their new restaurant and complementary market will feature contemporary, ethnically diverse island cuisine.
