The Miami Springs council met last Monday night, Aug. 12 in the first regular session since the July recess ended it was obvious throughout the three-hour meeting that, with many budget decisions looming before the new Oct. 1 budget is to be in place, saving dollars now or pushing some into next year was the plan of attack.
