Backed by a decade of three-star cooking in Paris, Philippe Martinetti moved here a couple of years ago with his wife, Joelle, from the French island of Corsica to launch Le Carre USA catering.

Le Carre has evolved into part of their venture in the former Jib Room with French products for sale. Le Chef serves three meals daily, plus Sunday brunch, and takeout is a focus.
