Hyatt Centric South Beach debuted this week, marking the opening of the Chicago-based brand’s first Miami Beach property.
The 105-room hotel at 1600 Collins Ave. is also the second Hyatt Centric property worldwide.

Hyatt Centric South Beach features a Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant directed by Chef William Milian, called DECK sixteen, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other amenities include room service, a gym, a pool, Internet, a spa and meeting space on the second floor.
