KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. (WSVN) — Before they return to the classroom, hundreds of South Florida students will do so with new supplies and clothing, courtesy of an annual event.
It was a fun-filled day for 10-year-old Derrick Jones. A student at Charles R. Drew Elementary School and native of Liberty City, he was one of more than 200 children from the city who received free supplies and clothing for their return to school.
