South Dade’s quintessential version of a Norman Rockwell painting defined CutlerBay’s 47th Annual Whispering Pines Fourth of July festivities. As evidenced by its attendance, the collaborative effort by the Town of Cutler Bay, the Whispering Pines Civic Association, and the Whispering Pines Woman’s Club, the parade centered celebration at WhisperingPinesPark continues to capture the hearts of thousands of South Dade residents. CutlerBay’s Parks Director Alan Ricke estimated the crowd near 3,000.
