BOYS SOCCER PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Logan Hamilton, Pinecrest Academy

Logan Hamilton doesn’t keep up with himself nearly enough, and it might be the most admirable thing about him.

“I’m ranked No. 4 in the state, and No. 36 in the country,” Hamilton said.

“Thirty-three, Logan,” his mother replied.

“I guess I’m moving up,” he said.

Hamilton is ranked nationally as one of the top long snappers in the country and will take his talent to Western Kentucky University in the fall to play on scholarship with the Hilltoppers football team.
