The first apartments built on Miami’s exclusive Fisher Island since 2007 will come with amenities curated for the luxury set: fur coat storage, wine collection showcases, a salon and even a massage room.
“We have gone the extra step to create a product that defines luxury,” says Heinrich von Hanau, the developer of the 10-story Palazzo del Sol, a new apartment building with 47 high-end units being erected on one of the last pieces of undeveloped land on the island.
