Spanish restaurant 100 Montaditos has whittled down its South Florida footprint to three stores since its Miami-based affiliate filed for bankruptcy in March.
But the brand is confident that its U.S. operator, 100M Holding Inc., will emerge from the Chapter 11 reorganization later this year following a change in management. Then, it will begin to expand across the state again.

Managing Director Ignacio Garcia Nieto, who is leading the new management team and overseeing finances in the bankruptcy proceedings, confirmed that the company will open a new location July 14 at 6843 Main Street in Miami Lakes.
