French owners have unveiled this European-inspired café, grab-and-go market, bakery and oyster bar in Brickell with lauded executive chef Jean Paul Lourdes, who has worked at three-star Michelin restaurants across the globe.

“When envisioning Marion, my partner, Mathieu Massa, and I hoped to bring authentic and true Mediterranean flavors and lifestyle to Miami,” says Michael Ridard, who dated Massa’s sister, Marion — the namesake of their venture. “We strive to work with locally sourced, sustainable food that is pleasurable as well as approachable.”

Highlights include tuna belly ribbons ($16), organic vegetable tart ($16), wild-caught local and Mediterranean fish grilled over a wood fire or baked in Normandy sea salt (market price), rotisserie chicken ($17) and milk-fed lamb with white-bean cassoulet ($27). The market offers the nine-slice Tropézienne Tarte ($45).
